Underworld: Awakening

The trailer looks pretty disappointing and I wasn’t too impressed with any of the movies after the original Underworld. Kate Beckinsale is great as Selene, and I’m sure the boys like her but the best thing about Underworld was Michael Sheen as Lucian. He is one of my favourite actors and was great in Underworld. Rhona Mitra also did well in Rise of the Lycans but again, while it was nice to see some of the backstory behind Lucian’s struggle as a Lycan, something was missing.
Underworld: Awakening just seems to be stretching the story to places I just don’t think we really want to go to. Nup, not at all. The tight lycra suit might still do it for some, though… I guess :P
